UnityPoint Health - St. Luke’s strives to make outpatient rehabilitation easier with two convenient locations in Sioux City.

  • Our on-campus rehabilitation clinic is located on the first floor of the St. Luke's College building (2800 Pierce Street), providing speech, occupational and physical therapy for both adults and pediatric patients. With parking located right outside, the spacious unit offers the expertise of a knowledgeable staff along with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment to encourage recovery.
  • UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's Rehabilitation Services at Riverside, located at 4230 War Eagle Drive, offers quick access to patients living on Sioux City’s west side. Like our on-campus location, our Riverside location offers speech, physical and occupational therapy, led by an experienced team of rehabilitation professionals.
