  • St. Luke’s offers a choice of medical plans, Medical plans include:
    • Benefits are offered to both full and part time employees
    • Benefits begin the 1st of the month following your date of hire 
      • No lifetime maximum
    • 100% coverage for eligible preventive care when you use a network provider
      • Coverage for dependents up to age 26
      • No pre-existing conditions
    • $20 office co-pay for Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & OBGYN, and a $40 office co-pay for specialists

 Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • St. Luke’s utilizes a PTO plan, with our accrual rate beginning at .0769 per hour paid. For a full-time employee, you earn approximately 20 days of Paid Time Off per year.
  • This Increases as your length of service increases.
