St. Luke’s offers a choice of medical plans, Medical plans include:
- Benefits are offered to both full and part time employees
- Benefits begin the 1st of the month following your date of hire
  - No lifetime maximum
- 100% coverage for eligible preventive care when you use a network provider
  - Coverage for dependents up to age 26
  - No pre-existing conditions
- $20 office co-pay for Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & OBGYN, and a $40 office co-pay for specialists
- 80% coverage for eligible network services after you meet your total annual deductible
- On site wellness program offered by our Employee Health & Wellness department
Dental Insurance offered to both full time and part time employees

St. Luke’s utilizes a PTO plan, with our accrual rate beginning at .0769 per hour paid. For a full-time employee, you earn approximately 20 days of Paid Time Off per year.
This Increases as your length of service increases.
