- Benefits are offered to both full and part time employees
- Benefits begin the 1st of the month following your date of hire
- 100% coverage for eligible preventive care when you use a network provider
- Coverage for dependents up to age 26

- $20 office co-pay for Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & OBGYN, and a $40 office co-pay for specialists

- St. Luke’s has a 2% core contribution- even if you do not contribute to your 401(k) retirement plan, St. Luke’s contributes the core

Paid Time Off (PTO)
- St. Luke’s utilizes a PTO plan, with our accrual rate beginning at .0769 per hour paid. For a full-time employee, you earn approximately 20 days of Paid Time Off per year.
- This Increases as your length of service increases.
