A Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly
Siouxland PACE, sponsored by St. Luke's, was Iowa's first PACE program. The program offers care for frail individuals 55 years of age and older. At Siouxland PACE, we provide and coordinate care for participants so that they can remain in their own homes and communities and live independently for as long as possible.
