Ordering from the Gift Shop

 Ordering Information

For your convenience you may place orders for gifts or flowers 24 hours a day. Gifts ordered online will be delivered to patients at St.Luke’s Hospital during regular gift shop hours:

  • Monday: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Thursday: 9:30 am - 7:00 pm
  • Friday: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
  • Closed Sundays and all major holidays

Orders received after 4:30 on Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday morning, if you would like your orders to be delivered over the weekend please place them by phone at 712-279-3612 for immediate processing.

  • Orders must be a minimum of $5.00
  • Delivery confirmation will be sent to your email address

 Processing of Orders

  • Orders are processed daily during regular business hours
  • Please view our selection of gifts and floral arrangements, make your selection , fill out the online form and we will process the order, if you do not wish to give your credit card number on the form please provide a telephone # where we may contact you and get the card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
  • Please understand that photos shown may not represent the exact item due to product availability . Floral arrangement are a representation of what is in season at the time of year.
    • All items are subject to availability and may not be the exact item delivered to the patient. The pictures are a close representation types of gifts generally carried in each selection.
  • All online sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

 Medical Restrictions

  • Due to certain health-related restrictions, live flowers cannot be sent to the Intensive Care Units.
  • If we do receive an order that includes restricted product we will contact you.
  • Food items may be restricted for certain patients

 Delivery information

  • Deliveries are made to patients staying in the hospital only.
  • Deliveries are always free of charge
  • Deliveries are only during regular gift shop hours
