Sunnybrook Medical Plaza

Opening in Summer 2013

St. Luke’s is excited about an advancement for access to healthcare services in the Morningside/Sunnybrook area of Sioux City. A 30% growth in outpatient services is expected over the next 10 years and St. Luke's Sunnybrook Medical Plaza will provide great care and convenience for the people of Siouxland, as well as promote coordination of care between many different specialties and medical services. This modern two-story structure, located at 5885 Sunnybrook Drive, features an open atrium through the core of the building.

 

Nearly 75% of the available 86,000 square feet is secured with various outpatient services including:

  • Primary Care Clinic with Obstetrics
  • Urgent Care Clinic
  • Cardiology
  • Lab
  • Imaging
  • Infusion
  • Maternal-Fetal Medicine (high-risk pregnancy)
  • Occupational Medicine
  • Pulmonary Care

 

Discussions also continue with other specialty services including Digestive Health (GI). There will be some shelled space within the building for future development.

A 12-month construction period is expected, thus Sunnybrook Medical Plaza and all its services would open in Summer 2013. This facility is another way that St. Luke’s can fulfill its vision of providing the best outcome for every patient, every time.
