Runners prepare to get dirty at Mayhem Run

Sioux City, IA - Grab an old pair of running shoes and get signed up for the 2nd Annual Mayhem Run on Saturday, June 22 at Stone State Park in Sioux City. Proceeds from the race benefit St. Luke’s Children’s Miracle Network and Friends of Stone Park.
This year’s event includes a chaotic three mile run for adults with even more obstacles and mud than last year, designed to test runners’ grit and endurance. Participants will run in waves of 50 participants each with waves starting every 15 minutes. Prizes will be presented for the fastest race time, fastest overall team and to the team with the most dollars raised. All participants will receive a race t-shirt.
A special Mini-Mayhem Run will also be held this year for kids ages five to 12 years old. Kids will receive a t-shirt and goodie bag.
