CMS Measures- CMS (the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) track a variety of evidence-based, scientifically-researched standards of care, referred to as Core Measures, which have been shown to result in improved clinical outcomes for hospital patients.

HCAHPS- Hospital Quality Alliance provides consumer reviews about key aspects of hospital care, known as HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems).

Press Ganey Overall & Press Ganey Service Specific- Press Ganey is a quality study based on patient perspective; it's conducted by an independent company which St. Luke's voluntarily takes part in.

- HealthGrades allows hospitals to promote their individual rating or score for a fee.
